having problem accepting payment in Paypal?
I'm not sure if it's only Anthraxxxx and me (thanks man for letting me know I'm not alone).
I've just got some funds transfered into my Paypal account and as usual I'll accept the payment ASAP. But unlike normal days, today I'm having a BIG problem accepting the funds. Instead of accepting the fund at ease, I was prompted to the next page that required me to add in my US bank account, which of course I don't have.
I've sent an email to them asking them why is that happening. Hope to get a reply asap and of course to accept my hard earned money soon.
Updates: Received an email from Paypal. They asked us to retry again. This is what they said:

I'm sorry, the problem may started by our system maintenance, our
relevant department is working on it, please retry later.
We apologize for the inconvenience have caused and much appreciate for
your understanding.

I do not have any experience about PayPal yet as the 1st payment from PPP is due only in the next few days.
What I understand from my fren is that we can withdraw money from Paypal in Malaysia. We need to open an account in Singapore. Is that correct?

A friend of mine just told me today he has the same problem with paypal. Could they have changed their policy?

Sam: Yes, you can't withdraw the money unless using a US bank account. What I did was selling the US fund at ebay to a trusted buyer but of course I lose a bit of money because the exchange rate is lower. I'm not sure how the Singapore account works but you can check out LiewCF's blog or ebay malaysia.

I think we can request from PPP to re-send the money to us if we do not accept the money on time. Vhanded has tried that before, i think.

4 days later will receive my another 4th payment from PPP, hope nothing will goes wrong.

Somehow I was quite relieved to know that it's a technical glitch that causing all these problems rather than a policy change.

I got my 1st payment from PPP to my PayPal. look like I am in the same boat now.
Look like I got to applt for E-Trade or VMI Debit Crad.

Sam: Sorry to hear that your first PPP payment is put on hold because of this situation too. Don't worry if the 30 days to accept payment is over. We can still request for PPP to resend the money.
