Novak Djokovic the last man standing at the 2008 Australian Open
Finally Djokovic gets to taste his first Grand Slam .
It was nerve-wrecking when Jo-Wilfried Tsonga took the first set. However, Djokovic reminded us that he is the guy who humbled the world #1 and defended champion, Roger Federer, a couple of days ago.
With the results of 4-6, 6-4, 6-3, 7-6, Djokovic shows us that he can be very serious on court.

Glad Nole won.
BUT, he still cannot get rid of his bad habit, asked for trainer when he's under pressure,which is not good! i thought he is matured already, hvn seen him doing that again since his 2nd rd, 07 USO vs ex-Mr Hingis (Stepanek). Quite disappointed when he asked for medical timeout. :(( C'mon Nole!!
Well. from my POW, Nole disliked Fed (of course, RF doesn't like him too la) also because of Fed accused him for using(abused) the medical t/o back to 06 DC tie.
And his outrageous before serve ball bouncing....haha... i got count, gosh up to 25 bounces... haha

Was quite disappointed cos I wanted Jo to win. Plus, I bet 100 bucks on him...Damn and plus, Jo is alot better lookin than the Djoker...*grins*. I couldn't pick based on skill cos well, no Nadal or Fed, I couldn't decide so pick who better lookin lor...tsk tsk

That's why I'm only into Nadal who is also young but discipline and mature.

That was a great match 2watch between these 2 guys & I'm glad Djokovic won finally. Hate 2c too much gesture fr Tsonga & his father 2!

Dora: Haha... from what I've read everywhere and discussion with frens, it seems that we all love Fedex and Nadal and ended up not really like Tsonga and Djokovic. Yeah, I'm glad Djokovic won but again, he's not the person I want to see to win the Grand Slam.
