If the answer is yes, did you add any bank account to your paypal? Because I'm facing a problem where I am needed to enter a US account every time I want to accept money from (ie:- PPP), which is not an issue in the past (I don't have a US account). Last time, we have to add a credit card into paypal and we can just skip the 'add bank' part.
